You will be joining the corporate office headquarters in Budapest, which compiles and governs all those functions that will secure the expansion and overall (sustainable) development of the Franchise Network through the promotion and elevation of the PalletBiz Way.

As Franchising & Organizational Development Coordinator you will play a key role in supporting the work and function of the Corporate HQ in various interrelated areas, including franchise development, human resource development, and knowledge management. The position, which reports to the Corp. HQ & Site Manager, as well as indirectly to the Executive Management of the PalletBiz Group, will be therefore assisting in the overall organizational development that above else target the rolled-out materialization and enhancement of the PalletBiz Franchise Concept.

You will contribute to the development and implementation of corporate strategies and corresponding action plans, thus you will participate both in project-based work and longer-termed operatives across the organization to support advancing the Corporate Agenda.
