PalletBiz Romania, our first franchisee, has been a cornerstone of the PalletBiz network since its establishment in 2003. Based in Tamasfalau, Covasna, PalletBiz Romania has evolved into one of the most dynamic packaging manufacturers in the country, making significant contributions to both local economic development and the expansion of sustainability initiatives across Southeastern Europe.

A major milestone in PalletBiz Romania’s growth is the recent opening of our cutting-edge production plant in Prejmer Industrial Park. This expansion project, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020, aims to enhance the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Expanding Horizons: The Prejmer Industrial Park Facility

The new facility features a state-of-the-art sawmill, a drying chamber, and advanced equipment that have significantly boosted our production capacity. Managing Director Bogdan Manole highlights the project’s impact, stating, “We will create over 30 new jobs and produce approximately 20,000 packaging products per month, solidifying our presence in the market.”

Strategically located with strong logistical connections across Eastern Europe, the Prejmer plant is perfectly positioned to serve clients in industries ranging from manufacturing to retail.

The PalletBiz Romania site in Covasna, now functions as both a sales office and a production site, positioning it as a key hub for our operations. This dual role allows us to streamline communication with clients while overseeing the efficient manufacturing of our diverse packaging solutions. A recent investment has further enhanced the site’s capabilities, including the addition of a completely new sawmill, a drying chamber, and advanced machinery such as new forklifts and larger equipment.

Wooden Collars for Pallets: High-durability pallet collars designed to optimize storage and provide a long lifespan. Available for a variety of pallet types, all collars are heat-treated in compliance with ISPM 15 standards.
Wooden Packaging: From standard EUR and CP pallets to custom wooden boxes and crates, our wooden packaging solutions ensure the secure transport and storage of goods.

All our wooden products, including Euro and non-Euro pallets, undergo heat treatment according to IPPC ISPM-15 standards. In addition to our wooden offerings, PalletBiz Romania provides metal packaging solutions for delicate or heavy items, ensuring the safe handling and transport of goods.
