Last updated: 3 July, 2026.

PalletBiz respects your privacy. Whether you are buying one of PalletBiz’s products or just browsing the PalletBiz website, we want to make you comfortable with how we collect and use your personal information, and the measures we take to protect it. If you give PalletBiz personal information, we will treat it in accordance with this policy.

Data Controllers

Data controller responsibility is divided depending on how and where your personal data was collected. Please read the applicable section below.

1. Data collected via the PalletBiz website

PalletBiz Franchising Zrt. is the data controller for all personal data collected through the PalletBiz website (palletbiz.com) and its language versions (e.g. palletbiz.com/de/, palletbiz.com/pl/, palletbiz.com/ro/, palletbiz.com/hu/). This includes data submitted via contact forms, newsletter sign-ups, live chat interactions via our tawk.to chat widget, and any other online interactions on the PalletBiz website.

2. Data collected by local PalletBiz entities

Each local PalletBiz franchise entity operates as an independent data controller for personal data collected through its own direct sales activities, offline marketing, local email outreach, trade events, and other direct client interactions. This includes contact details gathered by local sales teams, whether stored in a local CRM system or collected via direct correspondence.

PalletBiz Franchising Zrt. is not responsible for the data processing activities of local franchise entities acting in their own capacity. If you were contacted by a local PalletBiz entity and wish to exercise your data rights or make a complaint regarding that contact, please reach out directly to the relevant local entity. Contact details for local entities are available at: palletbiz.com/contact-us/

3. Centrally coordinated email marketing campaigns

Where local franchise entities provide contact lists to PalletBiz Franchising Zrt. for the purpose of running email marketing campaigns, each local entity remains the data controller for the contacts it contributes. PalletBiz Franchising Zrt. acts as a data processor in this context, processing those contacts on behalf of the local entity using Outlook/WarmySender as the email delivery platform. This arrangement is governed by a Data Processing Agreement between PalletBiz Franchising Zrt. and each participating local entity, in compliance with GDPR Article 28.

In such cases, our emails will clearly identify PalletBiz as the sender and will include an unsubscribe option.
