Women in PalletBiz

At PalletBiz, we are proud of the progress we’ve made in advancing gender diversity. Currently, women hold 25% of management and executive positions, and female employment overall stands at 40%. Female representation is particularly strong within our corporate headquarters and at our operations in Romania.

Our oldest manufacturing site in Tamasfalau, Romania, is notable for employing more women than men, significantly contributing to local economic development. Our leadership team embodies the spirit of our family-owned origins. Founded in a small garage in Lithuania by Jens Jorgen Gents, our company has grown under the guidance of visionary leaders who remain deeply committed to our core values. Alongside Mr. Jens (CEO & Board Chairman) and Mr. Thomas Gents (COO), our corporate leadership team includes Lilla Zombori (Head of Sustainability & Finance), Monika Panteva (Head of Global Business Development), all of whom drive our mission to excellence.
