Lids and Covers are made of HDF, MDF or OSB, and are placed either on the pallet itself under the pallet collar, or on top of the pallet collar. They serve to prevent cargo pieces falling through the pallet gaps (with pallet covers), or to cover the pallet with its pallet collar and create a box effect (with pallet collar lids).
They furthermore add a layer of protection to the cargo from damage and dirt, while at the same time providing extra stability and storage safety. The dimensions of the base plate are 2800 × 2070 mm but can be cut to size based on customer requirements. Lids and covers can also come with or without corner cuts, offering further customization to meet your specific needs.
