PalletBiz Denmark ApS to take on Denmark!
In September 2014 we brought the news, that Eksportpak joined the network as a Production Franchise for Denmark. Now, the two franchisees in Denmark, Eksportpak & PalletBiz ApS have decided to combine their efforts and form a Joint Venture.
The new company is called PalletBiz Denmark ApS and is already operating from H2 of 2015. The idea behind the joined efforts is to create a company, that can facilitate and provide the right products and services for existing as well as new client demands.
Thomas Gents, COO of PalletBiz, comments to the new establishment “The diversity of our client portfolio in Denmark and the Network in general is so vast and the need for a stronger and more solidified setup is great news for our operations in Denmark”. Steen Rasmussen, Partner and Managing Director of the new JV further expresses – “our clients will now experience a one-call-for-all solution within Pallet, Packaging, and Handling materials, which is something we have been wanting, but patiently waiting for the right moment to introduce”.
Production and distribution remains in Gørding, whereas the administration and sales is divided into an office in East (Copenhagen) and West (Gørding).
